I actually agree with this list! He returned Bruce Banner to his dark complexities and cast Mark Ruffalo. That guy can act.

Genius.
Totally agree. He was the only one who knew how to write the Hulk. He also made Black Widow a real character. And let's not forget, the Avengers script sounded like a mess before he arrived. The film may very well have crashed and burned without him.

It annoyed me that many people who adored him for the first one turned on him after the second. It's flawed but it still has some amazing elements.
